Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier. TRXP Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TRXP Apparel is not responsible for:
    •    incorrect or incomplete addresses
    •    lost or stolen packages
    •    packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed, as processing begins immediately
