Refund policy

All sales made through TRXP Apparel are final. TRXP Apparel does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, sizing, fit, or buyer’s remorse.

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery. If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify TRXP Apparel within 3 calendar days of delivery and provide photographic evidence. TRXP Apparel reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests at its sole discretion.

TRXP Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier
